Primary Stages and Planning:
- Stage 1 : OCS would like to supply Silica for use in all glass plants.
- Stage 2 : OCS would like to supply Silica for “Frac-Sand” to all petroleum companies,cement filler for their Cement Divisions.
- Stage 3 : OCS would like to co-venture on a Silicon Metal/Fume plant for use domestic/export.
- Stage 4 : OCS intends on the Silicon Metal Plant for Co-Generation Power Plant.
- Stage 5 : OCS would like to bring in partner/associated companies to build an Aero-Space plant for further Silica development and resale form within the Philippines primarily for export.
- Stage 6: Contnue the growth and funding of the Aerospace facility by forming an association that can have interested parties buy in and share technologies.
